Returns Policy
We are unable to offer returns for a change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing.
For any damaged or faulty items, please contact us immediately. We are continually striving to improve our designs and products and appreciate any critical feedback.
– Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unused, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up and other stains,
-Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch
– ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
– Please note: We do not accept the return of any beauty products e.g. pimple patches, lip balm etc. unless defective or faulty.
– All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).
– If items do not meet the above Conditions of Return policy, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
-All returns are at the cost of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us by email directed to info@daydreamerjk-nm.com.au to notify us of your intent to return.
– It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
-Also please keep in mind our wax melts are unique and for some colour’s it will be very difficult to replicate the exact colour distribution of the original product.
